I actually only live 3 km away, was there for the first time. And again a direct hit, characterized by a super cozy, naturally Palatinate ambience. In summer you can still use the outside terrace. So folks, nothing like good food and good wine !!

We spent our vacation in Kapellen Drussweiler. The Hopfestubb became our favorite restaurant. The very good, regional cuisine is highly recommended, as is the home-made wine. Our favorite was the Dornfelder Rosé 2018, as well as the Pinot Gris. The very pleasant family atmosphere, which also made the wine tasting a special experience, should be emphasized. Great restaurant with first class service. Super fresh and high quality food for a reasonable price. The menu features regional dishes such as Palatinate Saumagen in many variations, as well as a decent selection of steaks. And even if the name suggests otherwise, there are delicious wines here.

We stayed here for 2 nights. The price-performance ratio is absolutely consistent. The rooms were very clean, the service very attentive and friendly, the breakfast delicious. Dinner in the Hopfestubb was very good! It's been a long time since I've eaten such a delicious steak. Good wine and great grape juice from our own production. We will be back definitely!

Yesterday evening we went to Marc Wendel's restaurant for the first time. We were run by a very cordial and attentive team. The food was incredibly delicious. From the starter to the dessert, everything was a sensation, even the bread is freshly baked on site. All in all, you get everything you want for a very fair price. We will definitely come back here very often.

Good place to spend the night. Very rich breakfast. Spacious and quiet rooms. We are sorry about the synthetic bedding. Cotton is much more pleasant. Own wine can also be tasted and bought and eaten

Marc is one of the best cooks I know ;-) He leaves nothing to be desired. Everything was delicious and recommended. I can also recommend the menus for a family celebration or business party. Everything was very harmonious. The ambience is beautiful and everything was very clean. A real family business and you can tell. Service very friendly and attentive. Always my pleasure.
